the rugged outdoors through backpacking, camping, hiking, and fishing. He also possesses a curious and introspective mind, delving into the worlds of numismatics, genealogy, sketching, history, art, and science. As a true Florida Cracker, his spirit is deeply rooted in the natural heritage of the state.
Yet, his greatest triumph is not found in his hobbies,
but in his profound love for his family. His most cherished accomplishment is raising his five children.
The man he is today is a testament to the enduring influence of his grandmother. She instilled in him a powerful philosophy: to set aside one's own needs
and focus on the well-being of others. Through her gentle guidance, he learned the true meaning of kindness, generosity, love, and empathy. Her support and encouragement were the foundation upon which
he built his character, and he would not be the man
he is today without her.
