For his patients, Dr. Curtis Story takes his own calls after hours and on the weekends. Home Visits can be arranged for the elderly and other home bound circumstances. As a medical practice, Story Family Medcine is dedicated and designed to provide Complete Medical Care and Coordination. Dr. Story and his office team, work together to offer the best medical care possible. We always keep appointments available for urgent visits when needed.
Our office provides assistance with additional health services such as referrals to specialists, medical imaging, procedures and vaccinations. We make sure that your health insurance benefits are utilized correctly and the resources available are tailored to your health insurance plan.
